Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can arise and you may need to cancel an appointment. However, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. This enables our other clients to not miss an opportunity for a treatment. Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute this policy.
